Property Management

Ecosmart is ready to manage your property whether it be the entire building or just an apartment. For building management we coordinate with the building committee or owners and primarily focus on the building’s common area. The management of the building common area includes administrative, legal and financial services.

Property Maintenance

Ecosmart offers an annual property maintenance service for your building which covers the building’s common area. This includes an initial check of all the building facilities followed by monthly inspections of common area. Our approach is preventative and we will do our utmost to identify and address issues before they surface as major problems and become and an inconvenience to you the building owner.

Waterproofing and Tank Replacement

If you have roof leakage problems in your building and/or dampness issues then you are exposing your building to rapid deterioration, apartment and content damage and health issues. Our team of experts are here to provide you with the best advice and solutions to address your problems and safeguard your hard earned investment. Renovation and Refurbishment

If your building or apartment is rundown and in need of some tender loving care, then you have come to the right place to remedy the situation.
